All Momomi® Mats are folded and compressed for shipping. When your mat arrives, light creases may appear and will naturally smooth out within 3–7 days.
If the product is confirmed to have factory defects after inspection, the customer can replace the product with the same model within 30 days, and can only be replaced once per purchase. Please e-mail to ask@momomiworld.com for arrangement.
Please note that colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings. Minor size variations may occur due to our unique production process. As each mat is made with care, we’re unable to offer exchanges for colour or size once an order is placed or delivered.
